Pharmacy review only. The pharmacy has their flaws. Corporate should really update the computer system. That seems to be a issue at every visit. Inside I have to run my debit card about 5-10 times before a manual input has to happen. They really need a better tech company to come in and update everything computers, debit scanners, registers, etc. As for a product availability they are dealing with a shortage just like every other pharmacy in the area. As for syncing prescriptions up so a one time pick up can occur that's usually impossible because the insurance company doesn't allow how a prescription is usually written. The insurance companies have so many rules set that it makes it difficult for the pharmacy to fill as they would see appropriate. Such as a 90 day fill instead of every 30 days. As for the employees it's up and down. But I have to say I've always had a few pharmacy employees that are very kind, even if they are not having a great day themselves. They push through it and don't let the customer see any negativity. One of them is BRAD, he is the most friendly employee there. He actually greats and talks! He is so down to earth and very knowledgeable about stuff. I actually enjoy seeing him and rather have him as my pharmacist one day if that is his goal. He is definitely a people person. I apologize in advance. I don't remember her name, but she is the beautiful spirited Asian pharmacist. She is a doll! She is hard to understand at times, because she always wears a mask. But she is also one of the kindest employees there. She is very smart and knows her information. I enjoy seeing her as well. They are a few techs that have worked there for a very long time. They let the job get to them and you can see their frustrations. But they are in their own little world. At times that's a great thing. Because they just work and get along with the day. So instead of focusing on the employees that just go each day to put in the hours. I want to give these two amazing pharmacy employees a big shout out for making customers smile. Especially if customers are sick and need to make a trip to the pharmacy, love is much needed. The drive through pharmacy is also very much appreciated. That's a plus!
