Farmers Insurance - Paul Schroeder

Paul and Nicole are beyond fantastic! Customer service is the best I have experienced with an insurance company, thanks to them! Any questions I have Nicole has answered them with great knowledge and she answers them right away. If they cant be answered right away, they are answered in a timely manner. If there are any issues Nicole keeps you updated with even the smallest update so you arent in the dark and explains everything the best she can especially for someone like me who doesnt understand much when it comes to auto insurance. Until I talked to Nicole and she broke everything down, she helped me understand my policy WAY better. They made switching auto insurance a breeze and had the lowest rates compared to the other quotes I had received 4 months ago when I switched. A big thank you to Nicole and Paul!

Paul Schroeder is wonderful to work with, and both he and his team provided us with excellent customer service. They patiently answered all of our questions when switching our policies over and gave us both superior coverage and a lower price compared to other quotes we had gotten. Helpful staff showed us where our home owners policy was inadequate for current prices to rebuild after a catastrophe. No one wants to be under insured!
