Fixed my wife's muffler. Took a little longer then I would expect but I don't know how long it takes to get parts in. I would recommend them.

8 or 10 months ago I hired ricks shop to see if he could find an electric issue with my vehicle and his guys looked and looked did alot but couldn't figure it out but I had no power. I asked him they did routine inspection under it and the hood and so forth and he always brought up fuse relay power box under fuses but it wasn't it..after awhile he stopped trying and then wanted me to pay alot of money for no results and that always rubbed me wrong because inspection and diagnosis are usually a fix price between 75 and 150.00 but not more, and after all attempts to find the issue and wanting it gone and be paid I took it to another shop that told me that if previous shop had done a routine inspection under the vehicle by the wheels where wiring is shown that they would found the problem in a matter minutes and therefore realize that it was a loose battery cable or wire that cause it all to short out killing battery and altenator.. a routine vehicle inspection would have found the problem and would not a spent months at ricks causing tension between because of being there so long.. not to mention paying them double what I should have for a normal diagnosis or inspection costs.. I pd him reluctantly but he should have dismissed the last amount I pd him because he didn't get the job and they weren't even looking in the right area and they were really qualified to do electrical At all.. I took to another shop and got a second opinion and now my van is back up and running better than before and it had nothing to with relay unit or fuse.. a lose battery cable under the vehicle was the problem and simple fix that ricks should have caught in a routine inspection.. but they are great armr brakes and rotors and muffler etc.. they don't usually attempt to troubleshoot or fix electrical.. license mechanics can but those guys that do brakes rotors muffler don't require college but it helps if they do have higher education..
