Ive been very anxious and stressed with the friend of court and fighting for my kids. Austin did a very good job calming me and getting me on the right track to getting my kids back 50/50. Austins the attorney that you want walking by your side, when you enter that court room. I was already in a middle of a nasty custody battle, when I had to quickly change my attorney (that I had known for a decade from a previous court case), due to a conflict of interest. I was very nervous, very scared, and completely shattered, because I was putting my trust into someone I had never met before in my life. Austin had a very short amount of time to understand the last 8 years of mine and my childrens lives, and he didnt miss a beat when it came to understanding just that. When I left the initial consultation, I knew I had made the right choice, and I knew the conflict of interest was meant to happen to force me into finding a new lawyer. Austin is compassionate, understanding, patient, knowledgeable, and respectfully aggressive, when it comes to fighting for his clients. One of the best things about Austin, is you speak with him directly. Theres no receptionist who takes a message, relays the message, and then youre stuck waiting around for days to hear back- though he is busy at times and it may take a few hours or a day- it definitely makes a difference in communication. Along with that, youre not being double charged to speak with the receptionist, and attorney for the same question or matter. In the end, Austin helped accomplish my goal of making sure my children were put into a custody plan that allows them to be safe, and also transition into a slow parenting schedule with their father, while at the same time, my children are able to work towards having a healthy relationship with their father. Which is what mattered to me the most. Austin saved me thousands of dollars, and also put a stop to a custody battle that was taking a toll on my mental and physical health. Austins a great attorney, and a great guy in general. I will, without a doubt, recommend him to anyone I know in search of an attorney.
