Placed a Togo order on the app. There was a problem with drink button. When problem was addressed by Melissa, the so called manager, problem wasnt solved. Just got an attitude and the drink that wasnt supposed to be ordered. Thanks Mellissa, the drink was for my 10 yr old daughter who was having a bad day. And you maam made it worse. Listen to your customers and try to make their day better not laugh and smile as they are explaining to you there is an issue.

This taco bell is a joke. Everywhere but here can you buy a $5.99 box online. This joke of an establishment charges $9.99. I walked right out without ordering. And mind you the front of the store was trashed with garbage everywhere. Thought this was St.Clair. Not the landfill. What I am saying is this garbage establishment will never see a single penny from me. Good Day!

I went thru drive-thru and place an order. My husband and daughter got the 3-cheese flatbread melts and there was black hair in her wrap and the chicken was hard in my husband's flatbread. When we called the manager Theresa was no help. She just kept saying our food is fresh that they dropped it at 2. My order was placed at 4 and she never gave an apology for the hair in my daughter a food or nothing. Made a complaint to corporate.

First off, I dont write a lot of reviews of Fast Food restaurants but last night on April, 5th, 2024 at 10:17pm I went here and ordered Chrunch wrap, and a double stacked taco with a pepsi and the Double Stacked taco tasted so bland, the shell was falling apart, and breaking into pieces in my hand, the cheese sauce and meet was like the bottom of the container meat, all greasy, and overall horrible. My crunchwrap was the same. I came back twice for the food after telling them once i wasnt satisfied. Today April, 6th 2024 I called back today after getting sick to see if they could just refund the order since it was done incorrectly twice and the manager Jeremy said It takes 24 hours to get food poisoning I said Are you a doctor? he said No thats just what i know and i said so you cant refund me? and he said No i cant. Extremely disappointed abd will not return!
