$1,370 a month. Zero r value, in the walls or windows. Windows condensate so much that they mold. Poor craftsmanship, over $200 a month for an electricity bill for one person. And that's the price for a 12-month lease. If you want a short-term lease, you're paying about 1600 a month. Buy a home instead

Staff was super friendly and made the process of getting an apartment effortless!! 10/10 recommend these apartments. Super luxurious on the inside too!

It is a good place to live for a maximum of 6 months until you can find a place with more space, in addition to this period of time it is unbearable to live in this place, precisely because it is small and I would even say claustrophobic. Another thing that bothered me was the excess of dog hair spread across the access corridor, there was even an argument with the neighbors next door who were also bothered by this situation and to make matters worse the cleaning of the corridor was done only once a week. Positive point: it has an organized and clean gym; Negative point: it doesn't have a decent place to store the bikes and the rent is very high for what is offered not to mention the energy that is absurdly expensive because everything is electric.
