He did a great job waterproofing my basement.. After 2 years so far so good.. I would recommend mark.

I failed to write my review in July of 2019 when we had the work done. But in hindsight this is the best time to review. Mark and his crew were outstanding, the hardest working crew I've ever seen! They do it all by hand! No heavy equipment tearing up your yard! By doing the review now I can tell you how ecstatic I am right now because of the massive amounts of rain we've had this summer and my basement is BONE DRY!! It was a very HOT summer in 2019 and the the guys worked their butts of and not one complaint about the heat! Enough said!! I am very pleased and HIGHLY recommend Mark and his crew!

I hired Clark Basement Waterproofing in July of 2020, Mark Rhoades, the Owner sent 5 men to dig down a section of wall outside the house where water was "flowing" into the cinder block foundation floor of a basement bathroom, Mark Rhoades initially saw the existing wall damage and determined that digging the outside foundation, filling the hole with pea gravel would solve the problem, I was told this year after the basement flooded in the same area that his solution was useless, Mark Rhoades charged me $3,200.00 for nothing, when I called and explained that water was flooding my basement after the heavy rains we experienced this Summer 2021 he did nothing, $3.200.00 for nothing!!!  And Mark Rhoades never once supervised the initial dig, the men were careless, left empty water bottles all over my yard and cigarette butts also.

Clark Basement is working on my neighbor's basement and showed up early this morning and set up all their gear on my driveway blocking in my car without checking with me first. They are also not practicing any sort of social distancing guidelines and are not wearing masks. I realize they are classified as "essential workers" but they could at least take measures to make sure they keep others safe while they are working. And even without Covid-19, they should have at least asked out of courtesy if they could station all their tools and wheelbarrows in my driveway.

Great job by Mark and his crew . No more leaks since they finished the job. Our 40 year leak is finally gone.
