PHOENIX PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Lisa Tarlton (Stack) has been managing my property since 2019. Today, February 12, 2023 I sent her and email and it got kicked back to me because "Phoenix Property Management is permanently closed". Her phone number has been disconnected. I did not receive our January rent disbursement, February rent disbursement, my 1099 for 2022, or a year end statement for 2022. I assume at this point she's taken off with 2 months of rent from my tenant and the tenant's security deposit; i did not receive any notice what so ever. Has this happened to anyone else?

I rent from them and can't get a hold of Lisa Stack her phone number says disconnected and I can't reach anyone on any phone number my hot water heater is not working I can't live without hot water NO ANSWERS but rent is due in 2 days ... I'm very disappointed with them I wish my landlord I originally rented from sold the property to them

Lisa is a good person. I don't know what happened. She is for the Tennant. Calls don't get returned but she doesn't issue a eviction notice right away. She is willing to work with you. Repairs don't get done. She's not out cold like a lot of property management

I own a house i bought a few months ago in Westland as an out of state investor, and where Lisa was property manager, or, well, was SUPPOSED to manage. She has recently disappeared on me and became unresponsive, vanished into thin air just like so many other reviewers here recount. Ignoring all my messages, emails, voice mails. A few weeks now. She did so exactly when tenant was a month late on rent (due problems she recounted to Lisa, so i heard later from tenant, and which Lisa never told me). Also i learned of other things lisa never told me: a great damage to basement ceiling due to burst kitchen pipe Lisa attended to five days after tenant told her; and, that for months the tenant asked her to get the front door key and to this day never got them!!! I sent Lisa a letter from a lawyer terminating our agreement a month in advance as required by our agreement, and requiring that she transfers the tenants deposit to me! Otherwise when the day comes ill have to pay tenant her deposit money from my pocket. And guess what - she is still not responding. She also changes her email (and last name) every now and then saying my email was hacked. Reading old reviews here, it sounds like a pattern. STAY AWAY!
