Positive Plumbing & Heating

Very disappointed. I had them out to help diagnose a leak. Guy was here 20 minutes and insisted it was a crack in the floor.It was far from there. I had major pipe erosion behind a wall, that a handyman and I located by looking from many more angles than the "pro" did. Of course, I still had to pay them to come out, only to give me a lazy diagnosis and effort. Go elsewhere & don't get ripped off by this place!

I have to give this company credit where credit is due. I'm in the client service industry so it's a huge factor in who I decide to do business with. I called and left a vm at 7:30pm on a Thursday and Fran texted me within 15 mins from that vm to set up a time for Friday to come to the house. They have always returned my calls in a timely manner and have the best prices that I've seen around town. I highly HIGHLY recommend this company because they put the customer first!

Called Positive Plumbing set a appointment for the next day .They came out fixed it and was done .It was nice i did not have to lay on my back and guess at the size i needed .Also it was a local business in the community.

First time using them last month and they were great! Couldnt get any other plumber to answer and decided to take a chance and use them since their office is nearby our house. They came over quickly, fixed the problem, were very kind, informative and affordable! We will be calling them again.

These guys are the best: I called and left a vm at 4pm and they returned my call right away by 4:30pm. Then the next morning at 8:30am Pat was out to my house! He was prompt, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend these guys if you're in a pinch or just need amazing work done on the home!
