Bad customer service. Nurse assumed I came to just get drugs and was a addict. I came because they was listed as a psychiatrist on a mental health site. I made a appointment to see if I had adhd. She assumed I came just for drugs because I have never been diagnosed and she was clearly irritated. And they are not a psychiatrist even though they are listed as one. She was better after I explained it to her. She ended with well we don't diagnosed here so it's no need for you to be here and walked out the room.

Doctor's and staff in the St Clair Shore's worker's are great. But the phone service is the worst. The phone service tries and make you extra appointments constantly that are not needed when you already have an appointment already scheduled for that day. You ask to speak to a manager a few times because of this & nope I called back a few times with no call back but they'll call to make an appointment for wellness visit .Did a Walk in and seen the doctor yesterday. I was just there yesterday And I asked the phone service to have doctor to call me because they forgot a medication for nausea They told me to schedule again this morning instead of just leaving a message for the Doctor. Absolutely ridiculous. You can't just call the office. And ask to speak to the doctor They tell you to use the App.. I don't have the App and can't download it so basically I need to find a doctor's office who actually has normal phone service

EPIC Health is terrible. Booked an appointment days in advance and it was cancelled the same day without explanation. Never go here!
