Dr. Jimmy was fantastic with our 7 year old daughter! He was patient, calm and kind during the entire 1.5 hour procedure when she was only under nitrous oxide. He called us at 7:30 on a Friday night to check back in on her. I was very nervous about how this would go and he was amazing with her. Highly reccomend!

My kids and I go here, and its an amazing experience every single time. The doctors and entire staff are knowledgeable and kind. I am always seen on time, and the wait is a breeze. The atmosphere, and environment is very relaxing and comfortable and modern.

My five year old has had his first check up and now a cleaning, and the staff at Growing Smiles couldn't have been better to him. I thought I was in for a horrible experience taking my child to the dentist, but they made him comfortable and actually made him enjoy the experience.

When I had first scheduled my daughter an appointment last year there was a small issues with my daughter (then freshly 2) seeing who she was scheduled to see due to the doctor being pregnant (no worries at all here). We were told we would need to reschedule but ended up working it out quickly and we saw a different doctor the same day we were originally scheduled for. The experience as a first time mom was great when we were there. After her appointment I made the next appointment for 6 months out in January. I received a text a a few days prior saying that her appointment had to be cancelled due to something coming up with the hygienist and that they could reschedule her for March. I said that was pretty far away from January and they responded that they would get me on the ASAP list and it was very possible we would be seen within the week. Another month goes by, I call and leave and message and NEVER receive a call back. Today I get a call stating that my daughters last appointment was in July of 2023 and they saw she was supposed to have an appointment in January and it is now March and she is due for a cleaning.. This was such a highly disappointing experience as again, we thought the actual appointment and staff was great when we were in. Two times we have scheduled and have had scheduling issues. If you cancel your patients appointments I HIGHLY recommend keeping a record of why and who cancelled and I also highly recommend returning patient calls. To essentially call me and make me feel poorly for my daughter "not being seen for 9 months" when you cancelled and would not return calls to reschedule is astounding to me. Not one time has a phone ever been answered (except for the first appointment), and I have called many times. We have found another dentist at this point, but I am really frustrated with the poor communication and lack of care.
