Nathon was extremely helpful as I relocated from one side of the state to the other. He performed multiple virtual showings to save me the expense of driving across the state to see a home that I may not have as much interest in as I thought. He is very thorough virtually and in person. He understands a lot about construction and looks for things that you may miss while looking at a home that has some very nice features, such as a furnace located in the crawl space! I contacted him late on a Saturday night about a home I was interested in. He was able to contact the seller's agent on Sunday and learned that offers would be considered at 10:30 am the following day, Monday. He quickly set up a virtual showing for 9:30 on Monday with a relative of mine physically in attendance. Turns out I was VERY interested in the home. He did a wonderful virtual walk through of the home and yard. He put the offer in just before 10:30 (so that tells me Nathon was prepared should I want to place a bid). My offer was accepted! Would I recommend Nathon? Absolutely!
