He seemed very knowledgeable and had applicable equipment for various types of work. However the price was a hundred bucks more than expected. He is a little hard to get a hold of also. For that I give the guy 4 stars. He tries.

Did a great job pressure washing my roof. However, I had Adrian bid replacing some siding and fascia/soffit. He did a decent job on the siding and absolutely horrible job on fascia. There were pieces of the j-channel missing, dents on many places where nailed, he did not use a break for bending the metal (or even a homemade one), the bird boxes were not done correctly at all. There were waves in the fascia because it was nailed directly. He also knowingly installed two different types of fascia and didn't bring it to my attention. Then after all of this he proceeded to charge my credit card for half of the remainder of my bill without my consent.

I replied to Adrian's Facebook ad for pressure washing our home. He went out and took pictures and gave me a quote the next day. We made an appointment and he showed up right on time. He is a very thorough operator and paid attention to every detail, even squeegeeing the windows off after he was through. I had a moss problem on the brickwork but he had no problem making it look new again. I will call him again. Services: Cleaning, Home maintenance & repairs
