        No place to drop mail off outside,if you are elderly and Michigan weather is bad. Stand outside in rain or ice to drop off to 1 mail box only. No drive up boxes. Very poor service. Oh we get our mail at either 9am, or 7 pm no consistency. ...

        BE CAREFUL DROPPING UR STUFF OUT WITHOUT GIVING IT TO THEM TO SCAN, employees there take packages that get dropped of for their keeping sometimes because technically they never were scanned in. DO NOT DROP IN BOX

        Went in there to see about my key not working at my mail box. I just moved and never was able to use it. The girl at counter said that that wasnt the key and I would need to pay 25 dollars for a new key. I refuse to pay that. Ive never used it this is what my landlord gave me so I went to them and this is the right key she needs to be informed that the new locks have a different key color.

        This was my first visit to this office, I move here to Saginaw last October and hadn't done any special mailings. The attendant that helped me at the window was very respectful, pleasant and helpful.
