        Very unfriendly and disrespectful I had simple question about an unit I am on first she asked me was I male because my voice is not deep (rude) and she process not to give me info on my unit because she said she doesn't know if it's me or not. For one who just calls and trys to gain information on a storage unit and for two it's 2023 don't do that lady. I felt so disrespected by her and her attitude as soon as possible I'll be removing my items from this place.
