My niece brought her iPhone to you guys for repairs your workers further broke her phone and will not do anything about it and won't even give back her money I'm reporting you to the Better Business Bureau I would also like to add I've posted this on Facebook as well and other people are also coming in with the exact same reports you guys are running a scam!! Clearly judging by the pictures you have on your website you do in fact sell other refurbished phones would it really be so horrible to give this customer a working phone since you're employees completely broke her phone to the point where it's not fixable I don't know about you but I would say that would be a much better resolution to this issue because I'm not gonna let it go I'm going to post this everywhere and I will be calling the BB 1st thing tomorrow morning and so will my niece and so will her mother and I'm sure all the other people that you guys have done this too everybody is going to be coming for you so I hope you're ready
