I love the doctors. I'm not a fan of the front desk ladies. They ignore you, they come off as rude. I wasnt greeted when I walked in, which is fine usually, but for someone who can struggle in social situations, it can help ease some of that anxiety. Js ladies, try and be nice maybe.

CMU is the best doctors office Ive been to, they are very thorough and respectful of my care and my time, which is very important to me. I feel they have my best interest at heart. I just got another member of my family to switch to this office. UPDATE: 11/1/2023 Ive been fired as a patient from this office. Reason: the office manager said I missed too many appointments without proper 24 hour notice. Ive never missed any appointments, I really think it has more to do with them billing my insurance company for office visits when I wasnt even in town. I contacted the office manager and told her I was on vacation for two weeks at the time they had billed for an office visit and lab work?? I took my airline ticket to the office and she said she would get back with me. Well, she never got back with me, instead I called the office for a prescription refill and the nurse called me back and said, I wasnt a patient there any longer. This didnt turn out the way it had started. Its really frustrating to have to find another doctor.
