        My Niece hired this company to transport her wedding party for pictures between her ceremony and reception and delivery them to the reception. She paid them in full and contacted them a day prior to her wedding to ensure everything was set. The day of her wedding the transportation never showed up nor did they even bother to call... she finally got a hold of someone at the company and was told their bus broke down and they couldn't make it. Her and the whole wedding party were left stranded!! What sort of company does this on such a special day as a wedding day?

        Very poor customer service, run down limos with broken tv screens, broken dash so no idea how fast we are going. zero cleanliness. wrappers stuffed in ripped seats. a driver who has been working for 18hrs, stops and takes off like a drag strip. does that sound safe? so zero safety with this company. also the way the owner handles situations is very unprofessional. Never recommend this place to anyone. sine the owner says im lying i will be posting videos and pics of the g

        We rented two limos for the day of our wedding. We had them both for the whole day. Due to the A/C being broken in the limos we originally chose, we were sent two different vehicles from what we chose. The drivers were polite, helpful, and very personable. It was a hot day, so we wish the A/C was better, but for the price we got it was a good value.

      Actually you are incorrect, I personally called her the day before and asked her if she was willing to switch to a different vehicle because the bus was having issues with voltage she chose not to. Please, if your going to tell a story please tell the truth. The day of her wedding I even text her and said "the bus is still not running, I'm trying to get it running in time but to jo avail". If you would like me tonpost the text I can I have them but that would not bode well for your lies. This is true though we were unable to provide service for her wedding due to a mechanical mailfunction the day of the wedding and that is a disappointment to all of us not hurt the client as we strive to make every event special.

      Your absolutely correct if what you said was actually true. You forgot to mention you didn't have to pay $1,600 plus 20% for the driver, instead you whined about how you couldn't afford it, you were discounted $1,000 off the price of the vehicle and in the end the driver wasn't tipped the $140 YOU agreed to tip. I love how people want cars for free because they cannot afford to pay the bill, then make up stuff to try and make the company and or the driver look bad. Do me a favor please do not rent from us if you cannot afford to, we're not in the business of doing charity work.
