        Just finished another successful Body Challenge where I lost 19.2 lbs in 6 weeks! I cant say enough about how welcoming the owner and all the instructors are. The workouts are always challenging and the instructors are always encouraging. I would also like to give a shout out to how great the members are. They are very supportive of your weight loss and fitness goals. We have gained a lot of friends at this gym and I highly recommend Seung Ni if you are looking for a gym

        I just finished my first body challenge. I was able to lose 20 pounds and 4% body fat in 6 weeks. That makes 35 pounds total since starting October of last year. I am excited to continue my progess!
