My Forever Smile - Saginaw

Scheduled for a consult and the woman behind the desk is very rude! I came in early to fill out the paperwork and she says, I thought you were going to fill it out at home? Excuse you, things happen I ran out of time. She also told me that if her not answering the phone all day is an issue or deal breaker then I should go to another orthodontist. Meanwhile sitting here waiting and all they keep talking about are their lives and not tending to patients. Im just here for a consult and I will not be coming back.

Would not recommend to anyone. Terrible people skills, they don't care about your kid. They just care about the money. If you ask them questions they give you an attitude. If you complain it all to them they're like well you could just go other places we'll just cancel.The lady behind the desk runs everything and doesn't know how to do dental work her husband does. She treats people like children. She canceled on my daughter. Don't waste your time I swallow my pride for my daughter for 10 months of paying for services while being treated like garbage by the lady behind the desk. They wanted me to pay for a month my daughter didn't get service. Don't waste your time.

I wouldnt recommend they rude as hell . Specially lady on the counter who accepts the calls .
