        This was not a "merger" it was more like a hostile takeover. I'm guessing SCECU went bankrupt and CPCU bought them out. Wish SCECU had not mislead members by telling us the name wasn't going to change and it would be a minor merger. Now half the staff is gone and the credit union is in complete shambles. Gone are the days of Collette, Toby, Dezi, Norene and others who who were the backbone of this place. I was a member for over 20 years since being a teenager but I closed my account and went elsewhere because they have run this place in the ground.
