Went to ATM to get cash. I see the guy in front of me driving away looking angry. I get up to ATM and it is not functioning, so I go inside. I tell gal at counter ATM is not working and she proceeded to tell me I don't know how to use the machine. I guess everyone in front of me didn't know how to use it either? She was RUDE! driving away I see bank employee tending to ATM. Maybe Huntington will be nicer.

Chase has been excellent in catching suspicious transactions on my accounts. Well be moving to Wisconsin before the end of the year, and Ill be keeping my account with them because of the proactive approach they take.

They need to be open until 530 or 6 again. I am considering closing my accounts because there are no branches in Bay City and this closes at 5, frustrating having to take PTO to do any banking. You're not a doctor's office. I get it if you won't do certain services after 5 but stay open a little later. Adding one star for the tellers who are usually very nice.

Such worst customer care they have. Walked in 10mins later the appointment time to open an account with them and when I explained that I am coming in after driving for 45mins, she actually said, reschedule it and we did another walk in, where they told me earlier that they DO NOT DO WALK INS. After I told her that, she says "So u r teaching me how to do my job" and smiles sarcastically. Consider the pain of customers who actually take their time to come to you guys instead of giving us an attitude. And maybe so, she had a problem with my ethinicity. Not sure about that though! Disappointed!
