Complete Auto Care

I want to suggest this place you go there and they say that the test drive your vehicle or look at it and then they have you waiting for 20 minutes and then you go back in and they say that they can't do it very unprofessional and bad at customer. At least communicate with the customers and say that you can't do.

We're from out of state and had serious car issues that made it unsafe to drive nearly 12 hours back to Georgia. Therefore, I was desperately trying to get my car fix during the long Thanksgiving Holiday weekend, so that my family and I could make it back to Georgia on time safely. A couple of people looked at my car and thought that the Oil Filter Housing was leaking and needed replacing. After calling around & getting turned down by several shops who would not see my car, due to being booked out or unavailable, I found this shop.The guy I talked to said that they were closing early Black Friday, but if I could get the car there at a certain time (which I did) then he'd get it fixed for me. We dropped the car off and told him what we thought was the problem, but was not 100% sure. He called and told us that the car was ready, showed us where he replaced the "plastic" part with an aluminum/ better one.Long story short... They didn't take card or check, only cash. So, we had to go to the store across the street to withdraw $840 cash. He didn't give us a receipt. Sensor lights came back on with additional lights. The car was leaking oil & Anti- Freeze. We were stranded in Michigan until the following Monday, & had to take the car to another shop. The other shop basically had to re-replace the faulty part that Complete Auto Care put in my car along with fix the additional serious car issues.Please BEWARE, because Complete Auto Care definitely ripped us off for our $840 by doing nothing, but making things worst. Complete Auto Care also took advantage of us being desperate & from out of state.

Great place good prices. Google maps has the correct address but wrong location, a block north, the wrong corner and the wrong side of bond. Tried to correct. Hopefully worked
