        I moved here from out of state in April 2023. This townhome has felt like home from the first day I was here. The office/leasing staff is very friendly and professional. They take an interest in you. The maintenance and grounds crews are equally friendly and professional, and the complex looks immaculate during the warmer months. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I was happy to just renew my lease here.

        WhenI moved in the stove was filty and the basement flooded ruining my things and the kitchen and bathroom is outdated and the windows leaks when it rains and they overcharged in rent during 2020 and during the flood they threw away people appliances that they didn't reimburse for they like to overcharged you when you move out in ridiculous fees I'm very glad I finally moved away from their won't recommend living there
