This jimmy guy is the Worst house appraiser Ever. So Many Errors on my appraisal. He said it would be completed in 3 days Max. Took him about 10 days With Errors.!!! He Never answers his phone. His assistant said he would bring his license with him for the appraisal but he did Not. I don't know how this guy has so many 5 star reviews.?? They Can't be real. Save yourself a headache hire someone Else. Even if you have to wait. It will be worth it. Do Not hire this Renaissance company. I Warned you.!!! Oh yes you did an appraisal for me in Royal Oak Jimmy. Otherwise I wouldn't know your name. My name is hidden for my protection.!! You are Not the most professional person. But you should be. Because you're getting paid a lot of money.!!!

Awesome service. I needed a pre-listing appraisal. Jimmy arrived ahead of scheduled time. Personable, kind and respectful of property and time. Throughly explained the process. The turn around time for my report was amazing. My agent and I can proceed with the sale. The most seamless part of the process. No stress and I appreciate that most of all. I highly recommend.
