I highly recommend Luke Johnson for ANY of your real estate sale needs! After the death of my father, I was unsure of what to do with his property in Royal Oak MI. I live in Phoenix, and my aunt had given my information to Luke in preparation without my knowledge. At first, I thought that he was a bit forward, but he respected my space and timeline, and only communicated based on my wants/needs! When I went back to the property a year later because of another family death, I found it had major water damage, and decided to sell. Luke was able to meet and assess the home on short notice, agreed on a price that was more than decent, and even got me in contact with an estate salesman to help clear the house! Throughout the process of selling, Luke was right there making sure that all of the information needed was in the correct hands. This was difficult for all partially because of the 3 hour time difference, and also because I teach band, orchestra, and percussion as well as have 2 children and another on the way! So, needless to say, my focus was always on other things. His patience, understanding, and persistence helped me get through the process and we closed just last week! Thanks For Everything Luke!

When my late uncle passed, I was left with an estate/home that was a daunting task to say the least. I was in completely uncharted territory. Thank God for Luke! He was spot on with what to expect with selling the home. Luke gave me a sense of confidence through the whole process. He was super quick to respond to questions and concerns I had, and got things accomplished in short order to sell the house at a price I was happy with. Luke did a fantastic job!
