If you need neuro-physical therapy, good luck scheduling an appointment. You can't schedule online. You have to speak to a person. Unfortunately, nobody answers the phone, which leads me to believe they are short-staffed. I went in for my intake appointment, and the woman at the front desk could not figure out how to schedule me, so she told me she would call me back later. She called back the next day while I was working. I have been on the phone all morning trying to find someone to schedule my pt and ot to no avail.

Always a great experience with Aqua Therapypool is heated to about 100 and therapist is very knowledgeable and attentive with exact therapy for my lower back pain!
