        I have called multiple times and gone in person to request an appointment with the one banker at this branch. I leave ALL my info (when I went in-person the teller wrote it on a sticky note - including an account number - seems SCARY) to NEVER hear back OR get an APPT. I have done this three times. I cannot imagine a more unprofessional bank.
