The owner there was friendly his wife was just awkward trying to be friendly. This guy charged me the price of my necklace new to fix and polish the old one. I would never go back there again. I was hesitant to just walk away without my necklace. He didn't even polish it very well and didn't sodered the link from the clasp to the chain like he said he would. So disappointed in this craftsmanship for the price. I am sure there are more honest and better jewelers in the area.

I took my Versace watch into Marrella because it stopped working and I figured I needed a new battery. After taking a closer look, and due to the intricacies of the watch, the owner offered to hold it overnight and take it apart so it could be cleaned and the new battery put in correctly with some better made parts. This was done quickly and he called me first thing the next day so I could pick up. All this was done at an extremely fair price. They seem really honest and great at what they do. Thank you!
