Several times, over the course of 15 years, in the task of updating life and property insurance policies, when time permitted unhurried conversation, Kirsten and I talked about theology and integrity, love of neighbor for the benefit of subsequent generations; what goes round comes round. the children of those whom I have cheated will, in turn, cheat my children. To love ones neighbor is the best assurance my children and their children will inherit a stable society. To have this insight into Kirstens character, integrity, is a privilege and assurance. The FBI reported (2022) non-health insurance fraud of both insurers and policy holders in United States at $40B per year. I cannot predict what Acts of God or the BoD at State Farm will bring about, but I know what Kirsten will do, represent her clients with integrity.

Great customer service! Kirsten made an appointment that was convenient for my schedule and explained different insurance options. She provided me with literature I could read at home. All of my emails have been answered very quickly. Our umbrella policy was the best premium we could find!
