        Excellent customer service provided by Suma and Marty! Both were very friendly and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable about events happening in the area, and extremely helpful in general. Location was great, as we were in town to see the Ghostbusters premiere at the Emagine theater just down the street. Coffee in the lobby is both fantastic and free, which is the best combination of elements. Will definitely be staying here again, looking forward to the planned renovations. Walkability: Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Next time we plan on checking out the Farmer's Market and downtown area.

        Really nice place close to the heart of Royal Oak. The rooms are clean and modern. Lots of restaurants and carry out nearby. Great if you're in town for a show or conference. Walkability: It's about a 10 minute walk from the center of downtown Royal Oak.
