Worst experience of my life. Had a commercial roof done by this company and it leaked worse after they "fixed" it then it did before they started. Leaks would be ongoing for week up to a year at a time without being able to be fixed by Brown-Schroeder. I truely feel I would have been better off not having the roof "fixed". Based on my experience I would avoid this company at all cost. Kevin was very responsive and always returned the calls in a timely manner, he just didn't ever seem able to resolve the issues in a timely manner, if he resolved them at all. The warranty compnay finally had to bring in another company to fix the job that Brown-Scheoder did. Run and run fast

I work with a lot of contractors and can't say enough great things about working with these guys. True professionals! Great follow through and they did everything that they said they would. Took care of proper permitting, inspections, etc. I Highly recommend Brown-Schroeder and will use them again.
