Love my stylist but this place is soo loud all the time! It doesnt feel like a relaxing or luxurious experience at all due to the how loud it is and over stimulating. They have so many stylist jammed in one big room. Was not designed properly for noise control. I dread going here simply because of that. However, unique and great curly hair stylist. Wouldnt trade my hair stylist for anything.

Their reviews have got to be bought and paid for or I got booked with the worst hair stylist on the planet! Its not that she ruined my hair. No She didnt do a dang thing to my hair. She colored my roots to match the rest of my hair. Ahhh but alas my roots are slightly lighter. I asked for some layers. This is where it was evident that she is clueless about hair! There are no visible signs of layers anywhere! She is afraid of the scissors! She has ZERO skill whatsoever! The blowout WOW! I seriously thought she was joking when she turned the dryer off and asked me what I thought. She has no styling technique whatsoever. My 10 year old niece styles her Barbie dolls hair better than this. I have long hair, she round brushed it probably three times and she was done. I had frizz and fly away galore. this is after the kerastace treatment i supposedly got for all i know she could have sprayed some Raid in my hair. I have a Kerastace treatment every time I get a cut & color, which always leaves my hair soft and smooth. I had frizz and flyaways. Luckily it was raining out and I had a ball cap in my car. I crossed Bianchis off my list for good! I wont mention her name because she did have a nice personality, but she is in over her head. She would do much better in a Bo Rics, Lady Janes, type salon.
