I hired JC construction to replace two doors and install storm doors. The job was supposed to be done the end of March 2022 and they kept coming up with excuses and changing the date. They finally finished it June 26 2022. They did not install it the way they told me they were going to. The j channel was done wrong and leaked when it rained. They used some corner piece instead of the normal so water goes behind the j channel. The one j channel at the top of one of the doors wasn't even attached to the house it was just sitting there. The one j channel on the one side went up higher then the top j channel so water would go behind it. I ended up fixing myself because they told me they would come out and fix it but never showed up and blocked my phone number. They also didn't do the siding at the bottom of the one door right so I have to fix it. After researching door installations I have found many other things that they did wrong and have fixed some of them. I would never recommend them to anyone. My house is only 1.5 years old and is a modular that came with cheap doors so I got them replaced with better doors thinking that I wouldn't have to worry about them leaking. Having JC construction install them did not take care of that it has done the opposite.
