Double JJ Resort

This is a very eye friendly place within our area. It was such a Bummer!!! All areas were filthy, not just dirty!! I mean saturated toilet paper, tampons on ground in bathroom and changing areas. The last straw was the dining (over $200) with confused, inexperienced, and very overloaded servers. No drinks for over (45mins), wrong food delivered, and Not one employee came back after our fod was delivered. Its real disheartening when your advertising is not what you deliver.

Water was ice cold! Website says 84 but there's no way possible. My 4 year old wouldn't even swim in it. There was big pile of sand all over the pool floor.( seen from walking around) the hot tub was warm but dirty! Big clump of snot floating around big piles of sand just like the pool. Found ear rings and stuff in the hot tub. They don't have active lifeguards so the kids do what they want. Little kids in the 18+ hot tub jumping into the hot tubs climbing all over the ropes and walls that are there for their safety. In the locker rooms there was this slimy stuff all over the floor which made it very slippery. Staff was very nice. Just a very dirty water park.

So we got to double JJ's and we where told that we had a master bedroom and then a loft with a bunk bed we got to the room and there was couches that where the beds and not just that the hot tub in the master bedroom didn't work we had maintenance come up and fix it and they smelled like cigarettes and made the room smell and then we found out that the bathroom and the room didn't lock and then we had maintenance come back agian we went to the water park and came back and asked if they came and fixed the bathroom locks and the bedroom and they said yeah and they didn't fix them so we tried to lock the front door and it didn't lock because I kid walked out the door so we asked for a new room and they ended up giving us a cabin and it was two miles down the road so we got to the cabin and the door looked like it was kicked in and there were spiders all over and there was also exposed and had then we ended up go back to just get a refund and then they told us that they could only give us half of our money back then the manager came over and told us that we could get a new suit and we went and looked and it was a total mess and then they said it was going to be about 30 minutes but it ended up being an hour and a half after all of that the end was nice but I will say this we will never be going back and not just that they have gone down hill big time.
