New York & company is trash. I placed an order online & selected the option that my billing address was the same as my shipping address. Their system still selected the incorrect address. Customer service doesn't have the capability to cancel an order nor are they able to change the shipping address on an order. I will never order from this company again. This is horrible customer service!!
