SERVPRO of St. Clair Shores

We had a toilet overflow in our finished basement in January. Daniel came out the same day and helped prepare the plan of action to get the damage cleaned up. I honestly had no idea what to do and was in a panic. By the time Daniel left I was much calmer as I knew what would have to be done. He was very responsive to my future calls/texts with questions. He didnt push me to do anything I didnt want to do. My stress level was lowered extremely by him! Hes definitely an asset to your company. Ryan and Dylan did an absolutely amazing job removing all the damaged flooring and walls. They cleaned and sanitized the area and other than the missing portions of the walls and carpet that needed to be removed because of water damage youd never know they had been there- they cleaned up their mess and were respectful of my home. They even were quite comical to listen to. You can tell they truly love their jobs. Cody also had to come out due to an issue with my breaker tripping from the fans/dehumidifier and not resetting. After an hour or so he was able to fix it and we were back up and running. Tony came out 2x to check the drying process and was super informative and explained the next process once the drying was complete. Would definitely recommend this Servpro to anyone who suffered a property loss. They CARE about their customers. Next up.the reconstruction process with Josh! I have no doubt this will also turn into a positive review as well. We havent gotten started on that just yet but Josh, Carrie and Crystal have been so wonderful thus far!

Hi SERVPRO Company came and did a wonderful job in our basement when we had a water flood. The two technicians named Dilan and Ryan did an amazing job and was very neat when I went downstairs to see the work they did. They were fast and friendly I'm very pleased with their work thank you very much Janice and Ronald Lane.

The services of ServPro were outstanding. I had water damage from an upstairs bathroom into a kitchen ceiling. From the beginning of the services, the skilled workers were polite, efficient and careful. I have a historical home and special care was taken to protect the entire house while the work was being done. They cleaned up each day after their work was completed.
