I have not had work done with them, but I do know I was driving north on 75 when all of a sudden I was getting hit by landscaping rocks flying out of one of their truck, 2 weeks ago and they were in the middle lane so trying to pass them was not good and laying back even 8 car lengths was not good, I got multiple stone chips in my windshield and a crack Im sure the others will turn into cracks, called spoke to a women and she said sorry well find out which truck and make them aware they need to secure better, I asked how does this help me now and she said whats ur number Ill tt the owner and have him follow up, still no call back as a business owner u would think he would want to make it right if none the less at least follow up, but nope. Not right.

One of their drivers with a trailer blew through a red light almost causing a 6 car pile up they didn't even break once had a trailer hooked up to eiteher a 2500 or 3500 gmc pickup i called and talked to a lady who was very nice and I hope she handled the situation accordingly

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with Backer as a college student actively seeking employment. I was recommended Backer towards the end of May and was enticed by the reported pay rate. Without hesitation, I submitted my application promptly. However, my experience since then has been extremely frustrating. After waiting for a week, I decided to follow up on the status of my application by calling Backer. I was directed to leave a voicemail for a specific individual. Over the course of several weeks, I left four voicemails, hoping for a response. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out were met with complete silence. Feeling disheartened, I decided to give up. Today, on June 23, 2023, I made another call to Backer and spoke with the secretary as usual. Once again, I was instructed to leave a voicemail, this time in someone else's voicemail box. It has now been a month since I submitted my application, and I have not received any communication regarding whether I will be granted an interview or not. I feel compelled to share my experience and caution anyone considering applying to Backer. I sincerely hope that others have a better experience than mine. Backer, it is essential for you to improve your communication and responsiveness.
