I was given a letter on behave of a resident. The letter said " My name is Mrs. C and I am a new resident here a American House East 1. What I find most amazing about living here is the staff. They are truly an amazing group of helpful people. From the administration team to the housekeeping to the housekeeping and maintenance crew to the concierge staff. Lets not forget about the Chef and the waiting staff. People ask me how do you like living here? I tell I feel like I'm on vacation! Thanks American House!! Sincerely Mrs. C "

Jade: Is an absolute amazing person who happens to have been kind, patient, polite and Most Importantly Understanding the needs and wishes of our Father & Family. She is awesome and was thorough in every way possible. Every questions was answered and every answer made sense. This is a great community all the way around for residents and families. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth. The staff and management are caring and considerate. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a caring community for a loved one.

My mother has been here for about 1 month. She is so happy as is her family. Michelle and Amanda went above and beyond to get her there. Staff is so friendly and caring. Such a relief for family!

Thank you American House East 1 for a life changing experience! My grandmother is in her mid 80's and was difficult to convince moving into a senior facility. The very first day of our tour and introduction my grandmother and i both agreed that East 1 was perfect! The staff and even tenets were happy, smiling and welcoming with open arms, The property is beautiful and well maintained, A very well thought out organization. A Special thank you to Their Community Relations Director Amanda Beaudoin who knew exactly how to help my grandmother feel right at home, The transition was seamless.
