My husband and I both were in the store! Everyone was kind and very knowledgeable! Dr. Sweet took his time and asked a bunch of questions. Shantel was amazing from the 1st interaction all the way until the end! She also asked questions and went to work on our fitting to ensure our glasses will be correct! She offered the best customer service Ive seen in a long time!! 5 is not enough! Shes a 10/10 for sure!! I work in customer service and would for sure take her on my own team if I could!! Thank you so much to the VISIONWORKS Team at Macomb Mall!! Beyond impressed! Looking forward to our sexy specs to come in and start seeing more clear again

Had a great experience picking out frames with the girls from Vision Works Macomb Mall. They were extremely kind and so fun to pick frames out with!! Made me feel better and sure of my purchase!! Definitely would recommend for anyone needing glasses to give them a try!!!
