        I needed a machine nut and decided to try them based off Google reviews. Customer service is definitely a 10! Craig had helped me. He made sure to measure to see if they had the correct size, made sure to tell me the size and made sure I was overall satisfied with everything. The show room/store is extremely clean and organized. But it was Craig's friendly helpful demeanor and knowledge that sealed the deal. This is a great company and I highly recommend them! They have definitely set the bar.

        Incredible staff can and will supply all your fastening needs Thank you! You've got a customer for life. Suburban Bolt and Supply leaves the big box hardware stores in the dust. If you need fasteners there is only one choice Suburban Bolt and Supply!

        Came to store to match a broken bolt and they said I have to have scheduled appointment. Next available in 4 hours. 2 people at a desk and no customer in a store and you're saying I have to come back in 4 hours to buy a bolt. What is wrong with you business now? Thank you for Great Service!!!
