I hate leaving bad reviews but four times over two months this location takes literally 5-8 min to even answer you at the drive thru. The reason for the one star is that I waited seven min and tried to pull up.. they are open till 11. No one answered me at all. The person in the other lane pulled off and I pulled to the first window. Another couple min go by and no one is at the window but all the lights are on. I pulled to the second and everything is on but not a single person is by the window. I understand that it can be tough with staffing, so I dont think much of longer waits, but I usually come between 8pm-10pm and this is consistent. Im wondering if they just forgot to turn on the lights off today, but even the roadside is on. As I was about to pull away, three employees came out from the lobby and made themselves drinks and the drive-thru and walked back into the lobby. Thats what drove me to leave this review because I dont even know what to make of this whole experience. They The photo has The two employees who came in the drive-thru to make themselves drinks and sit down and the third one was wearing a grey hoodie talking to them. If they are off the clock, I apologize but not one person even looked the drive thru way. Staffing can be hard but if you dont have enough please cut back on hours. As I finish writing this, I went to pull around, and I hear a gentleman who finally got on the speaker box and said sorry for the inconvenience but we are closed for the night. I feel like an idiot for spending 17 minutes thinking I was being patient. I wouldnt even leave this review if it was a one time thing, but its consistently happening at night. Life happens and maybe they had to close early but to let people sit there and not even tell us they were actually closed, its just kind of rude.
