Fantastic experience They go out of their way to help. These people are NOT stiff and standoffish. In fact, they are just the opposite. One of the best experiences I have ever had with an out of state auction company. Shipping from their local Craters & Freighters is cheap and has pick up. Now if they just get a wide wide chandelier..

Do not use STEFEK estate sales! READ HER YELP REVIEWS!!!! Id love to add photos of the many antiques that Lori took and paid us virtually nothing. We actually paid her nearly $4,000 up front. She misrepresents her clean out service. She does not bring in antique dealers and give you all the money. She WILL NOT GIVE TO CHARITY!!! instead she broke down and trashed the majority into a dumpster. It is a shameful waste. She will tell you people dont do estate sales anymore and that she has only done 2 in the last year. She will tell you she has a wealth of knowledge and years of appraising antiques. But before even seeing what hidden treasures you may have, she will tell you that you dont even have $3000 worth of stuff in this house. Finally if you are in grief dont let her in. My mother had died one month earlier. It is a profoundly sad time, but talk to other companies. Please DO NOT LISTEN to Lori Stefek. I have since learned of families that had this same gut -wrenching experience with her. Your treasures will end up in her warehouse and on her online auctions or even worse, in a landfill. Please, walk away.
