Terrible the lady still charging me rent and got me in debt she wrong since 2019 n I even told her I dont stay with at the apartment dont move to these apartments she gone charge u when u even told her you moving

Terrible property and terrible property manager they have the maintenance men doing everything from roof work to patching the potholes the rent is 924 for a 1 bedroom apartment it's not worth it they don't fix anything and they complain about children

```````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````I lived at Wentworth apartments owned by Elon and they raise the rent tremendously every renewal! They lie to you to lure you in and they claim there's no assigned parking spaces but people do have them. There are car on the apartment that sits on the parking lot and they have a convicted felon living on the property! Everything I mentioned states in the policy that they don't allow but they do. Tammy Ferguson the property manager doesn't do anything nor does her manager both are willing to lie in your face and completely ignore you! Tammy Ferguson the property manager will utterly overlook and ignore you and always say she can't do anything unless is something easy or trivial! Talking to her manager/ supervisor Tara is the same! All they care about is raising the rent higher each renewal and making more money off of people who are struggling to pay! They have a convict living on the property and people have own parking spaces that are not assigned and abandoned cars sitting on property !! I pay on time and have an excellent history and yet I see people who are in violation of the least policy and yet nothing happens and it's okay! Elon does not care but only to raise your rent tremendously every year and you get nothing in return. They promised to fix driveway and it's full of pot holes. Tenants leave cars stored on the parking lot even though in their rent policy it states you can't do that but people do and they say nothing. The property manager nit-picks about petty issues but won't address the real issues. It's a disappointment especially when you have a excellent track record of paying! They don't care as long as they are taking more of your money!
