        I was very interested in a property, looked at it, but could not look inside the home as there was an issue with a family member refusing access. My realtor expressed that we were very interested in making an offer, but told that they were waiting for the issue with the family member to be resolved before we could see the house. During the next week, my realtor left three messages, with no response. The next week he gets a text stating the property was sold, without returning calls or allowing for us to submit our offer. Very unethical in regard to both the buyer and the seller.

      Hi Mr. Miller. You were probably navigating correctly. There's a real shortage of available properties around Rose City and Lupton especially. As limited as I ever recall in my 36 years of service and our companies 50 years! I'd be happy to register you and set you up with an advance search which would email you new listings, just let me know. [email protected] Any chance you'd increase that review a star or two?? LOL! I'd sure appreciate it!
