Tony was on time and professional and fixed my washer months ago and dryer recently and my clothes have never dried quicker!

When our fridge quit, these guys responded to our call when others wouldn't. They were able to diagnose our fridge in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They came out to my house a couple of times and did great. Knowledge and friendly. Then they just stopped coming when I made appointments. Once they just cancelled without tell us. Then they came out on the wrong day. And they never answered the phone or called back. I would not recommend them!....Update Edit, I dropped it down to one star. One, I have already addressed this issue with DTE and have put in complains with them. That has been resolved on their end. But frankly there is a contract between DTE and Jets. Two parties were in play. Both messed up. I called DTE several times and they reassured me of the time of the appointment. Which was obviously not the same time they gave you. They even called you and left a message stating to show up on the right day. You want to dispute that...you can go to DTE. They record all conversations. Yes, you found my number. Poor you that you had to go find it. I did call you and leave a message with my number. If you called me, you left no messages. I work all day, like a normal person. I can't answer my phone on a whim. If you can't leave a message, that's not on me. In fact...this issue is between you and DTE. I suggest you accept your not perfect. And move on. And next time don't take the contract with DTE.
