Great company to work with. They have a unique product that THEY manufacture. Excellent customer service. Jeff Tracy provided excellent service from the beginning to the end. The installers and the whole coordinating team were great. Worry-free experience. Good financing options. Highly recommend.

Took a while to get them here for the repair but "John" did a great job. He not only repaired the issue - weatherstrip was coming off the bottom of the sliding door we use multiple times daily to let HRH the dog out - but John also used Silicone spray lubricant on the rest of the door tracks and hardware. Everything on our 17 year old sunroom is working like new again. The Patio Enclosures franchisee who sold and installed the sunroom is no longer in business so we were very grateful to have this licensee respond to us. As an aside, I have no idea what is out there today, but 17 years ago when we did our exhaustive research on the sunroom addition, no one was better than Patio Enclosures. The quality, installation, fit and finish have been superb. The addition has been through 17 years of Northwest Ohio weather. Major snowfalls, high winds, sub zero temps, 100+ temps in the summer, torrential rains, thunderstorms and last June's tornado that ripped through our neighborhood. Never had anything tear loose or leak.

Unfortunately I'd advise against having a solarium installed by this company. We had a disappointing experience and I tried to reach out for clarification, communication, and service countless times throughout the whole process with very little response. Any response I did get was weeks later. I was very understanding of pandemic staffing, and personal issues of the employees. As a physical labor worker myself, I highly value the trades and willing to accept delays but cannot imagine not communicating them thoroughly to a customer. I was not present during the install and when I got home there was a piece that had been left leaning against my house, and I called to ask if they were coming back to finish they said yes but never came. Fast forward to the present, less than 1.5yrs later, there is water pooling and then dripping from the ridge above the door of the solarium indicating a leak. I woke up to a puddle on the floor. I've used 4 different approaches to contact someone for service to no avail. At one point when asking for payment, the employee used a phrase like "We rely on word of mouth so of course we want you to have a good experience and not feel the need to leave a poor review" - then went on the ignore me once payment was rendered. So here is the poor review they had hoped to avoid.
