        Horrible customer service and they misdelivered my package leaving it lost forever. Couldn't recommend less.

        Epitome of mediocrity. Couldn't make a simple delivery and their reason was they needed an access code. There's no access code for our building. So instead of contacting me, they just left and sent a text. Once they leave, it takes another 1-2 business days to process a redelivery. It's Friday. So the important part we needed is now delayed another 4-5 calendar days. Shut this circus down, it's a joke.
