        Me and my family lived here and my kid was always getting jumped its not a good place to live

        Typical trailer park. Home's are decent. Have 13-16 year old kid's that torment these 6-11 year old kid's at their children's park. Stealing out of car's/shed.. like I said nothing short of a trailer park. They deleted my other review where shows pics of how they rig together these top Dollar trailers. Buyer Beware. Overpriced junk

        SEE UPDATE BELOW THIS I've lived here over 10 years. The only problem I have is the rent is raised every year. This year it's $14 more. Grounds are kept very nice, I love the management team in the office. Corporate needs to reevaluate the consistent rent increase. There are other residents like myself on a fixed income and it seems like the consistent rate increase will force us to move out if it doesn't stop. I don't want to move. Update for January 1st 2022 My lot rent went up once again, as it has every year since I moved in, but this time it was $28 more. I own my home so all I'm paying is lot rent. If you are on a fixed income and you're thinking of moving in here I would not because your rent will go up every year and your income will not. It is impossible to get a hold of corporate or an explanation. Management is wonderful however they have their hands tied on a lot of things.
