        The receptionist isn't the friendlest. The male owner seems nice. I had a great interview with Rachael. She gave me the assumption that I had the job, that she was working on a time frame for a schedule to place me to somewhere. I got excited for nothing. I called her back to check up on the job and she never returned my call.

        Really good customer service - setup an appointment to have couch and loveseat cleaned - appointment process simple- got a call 2 days before confirming appointment - technician called to advise his ETA which he arrived on time and within the timeframe I was given when making the appointment - very polite - did a very thorough job and provided great customer service and represented DRC very professionally.
